~ The vehicle will be documented with photographs and any special equipment will be identified.
~ The fire patterns will be read and described.
~ Based upon all available evidence and witness statements, a determination of the area of origin and cause of the fire is made.
~ If manufacture-failure appears to be a cause, a computer report of recalls and service bulletins can be obtained.
